1. Booking :

A booking is confirmed after receiving a deposit or full payment.

2. Pricing :

All prices are in [EUR/USD/MAD] and may change until booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellation Policy :

* 7+ days before tour: partial or full refund
* Less than 7 days: no refund
* No-show: no refund

4. Changes :

Customers can request changes, but fees may apply.
We may modify tours due to weather or safety conditions.

6. Travel Requirements :
Clients must have

* Valid passport
* Visa (if required)
* Travel insurance (recommended)

7. Health :

Clients must inform us of any medical conditions before travel.

8. Force Majeure :

We are not responsible for events like natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.

9. Law :
